But some people have health problems that's why they face some health issues Because of this healthy and fine food is necessary not only for patients but for other travelers who also have to eat healthy and fine food.

Here are some tips to choose your food when traveling.


1. Avoid Oil.


Everyone loves fried food but more Oil in food causes more problems. Oily foods have more fat content it's hard to digest. More Oily food cause thirstiness and leads you to drink more water, Due to more water consumption can cause Vomiting while traveling, prefer boiled vegetables having a low amount of Oil.


2. Avoid High Spicy food
